A:
- Adapter - A voltage used in Thailand is 220 volts, 50 cycles. A round, two-pronged slim plug. Universal adaptors are available upon your request at the reception, any loss or missing we will be charge accordingly.
- Airport Informations - International flights, we are recommending that you make an arrangement to leave from the hotel at least 3 hours prior to flight departure time. For Domestic flights, we are recommending you to leave from the hotel at the least 2 hours prior to flight departure time.
B:
- Baggage Service - Bell attendants, or guest services attendants, are considered front-of-the-house. They are responsible for carrying guests' luggage to their room upon arrival and back to the lobby when they depart. For baggage assistance , please call #0 or #4.
- Bar - The hotel bar is located on 3rd floor. A full bar with varieties of delicious cocktails, aperitifs and juices awaiting for you, open between 11.00 - 21.00 hrs.
- Buffet Breakfast - serve daily at our restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the main building, starting from 06.30-10.30 am. In case of early breakfast is required, simply dial number #4 or #7 before 09.00 pm to order a breakfast box. Breakfast box can be pick up at the reception.
- Baby Sitting - Baby sister can be arranged. Please call the reception at #0 or #4 one day in advance to book a reservation and extra charges will be given upon booking.
C:
- Check-out time - Standard Check out time is 12.00 noon. Any extension of check out time is subject to availability and has an additional charges. Please contact at the reception and dial #0 or #4 one day in advance for any requested extension of stay.
- Car Park - We do offer a parking space at the basement of the main building. Please contact the reception directly to get a car parking ticket.
- Cleaning Service - The hotel provides a 1-time daily cleaning service for hotel guest room between 08.00-17.00 hrs. A “Do Not Disturb” signage is available for any guests that do not require a daily cleaning service.
- Complimentary Coffee & Tea Set - Everyday, the hotel provides a complimentary set of coffee, tea bags, creamer and sugar for your enjoyment. For any additional set, please dial #0 to order with an extra charge of 80 Baht / set.
- Conference Room - Located on the 3rd floor of the main building. Hotel conference room comes with complete equipment’s and can be catered up to 50 persons. This venue may also be converted into an ideal room for function, cocktail party, banquet, private parties or meeting activities.
- Currency Exchange - Major foreign currencies can be exchanged to Thai bath at the Front desk. According to Thailand Laws that a person is required to present their passport and personally make the transaction. Any other hotel outlets such as restaurant and bars are unable to accept or exchange any foreign currencies.
- Credit Card - The hotel accepts all international major credit cards such as Amex, Visa , Master & JCB.
D:
- Doctors & Dentist - The hotel is located on nearby clinics and hospitals. Should you require the services of a doctor or dentist, our front desk staff will assist you, please dial #0 or #4.
- Dress Code - Being a host hotel to all families and countries, we are requesting for all guests to dress with decorum while inside the hotel vicinity and swimming pool area.

- First Aid - The hotel provides a fully equipped first aid kit that is available on the Front Desk. Please contact us and dial #0 or #4 for further assistance.
- Fitness Room - Hotel fitness room is located on 3rd floor of the main building and is free for all hotel guests. Open daily from 7.00 - 21.00 hrs.

- Games Room - The hotel provides Snooker Table, Billiard Table on the 3rd floor of the main building. Open daily from 7.00 - 21.00 hrs. There will be an extra charge for any games played. Please contact the staff for any further assistance.
H:
- Hair Dryer - A hair dryer is provided in your room that is located inside the drawer near your mirror table. Please contact us and dial #0 or #4 if you are unable to locate it.
- Housekeeping - Hotel housekeeping service is available from 8.00 - 17.00 hrs. daily. If there are any additional request or assistance about your room, our Front Desk is 24 hours available to assist you. Please contact us and dial #0 or #4.
K:
- Kids Room - The hotel playroom is a creative and inspiring little corner for children of all ages. Our playrooms offer facilities for play through basketball hoops, games, craft and drawing. Open from 7.00 - 21.00 hrs. daily.
L:
- Laundry Service - The hotel provides a Laundry service. Laundry service charge is per piece. Please check the list and rates carefully. Laundry received before 8.00 hrs. will be returned by 18.00 hrs. on the same day. However, for Laundry that received after 8.00 hrs. will be returned by 14.00 hrs. on the following day.

- Restaurant - Eat your fill at “The Suites Restaurant”, located on the 3rd floor of the main building. Over 80 seats in our dining area, we are able to cater the individual traveler or large tour groups and functions. Enjoy your meals alfresco by the poolside or in air-conditioned comfort, and let our friendly staff serve you delicious Thai and International cuisine all day from 6.00 - 21.00 hrs.
- Room Service - Our guests’ services team is dedicated to assist you. A room service menu in your room is available or dial #7 for orders and assistance that you may need. Last order is 20.30 hrs.
S:
- Safety Box - We advise all guests to secure all valuable belongings in hotel safety box, which is located in the wardrobe or closet. A 4 digit customizable lock code for your convenience. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables or money left/lost in your room. Please contact us and dial #0 or #4 for any further assistance.
- Smoking - Smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the room, a penalty charge will be applied. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms should you wish to smoke, the balcony outside of your room is available and ashtray is will be provided upon request.
- Sauna Room - Our sauna room is located on 3rd floor, with a charge of 100 baht per person per time. Please contact dial #7 for any further assistance. Open from 7.00 - 21.00 hrs. daily.
- Swimming Pool - Overall, the hotel offers 3 swimming pools, the first is located on the rooftop of the Annex Building. Another 2 pools is located on the 3rd floor of the main building, which is the hotel main swimming pool and the infinity pool with pool bar. All pools are provided with sun lounges and umbrellas. Open from 7.00 - 21.00 hrs. daily.
- Sky Lounge - Sky Lounge is located on the 19th floor of the main building. We are serving food for dinner, cocktails, beers, and spirits. Live music daily, except on Sundays. We are open from 5.30-22.00 hrs. daily.
T:
- Tour Informations - At the Front Desk, you can look for our concierge staff. We provide a reasonable price of tour packages, sightseeing trip and others several trips. For more information and bookings, please contact our Front Desk and dial #0 from 08.00 - 17.30 hrs. daily.
- Tennis Court - -The hotel offers a complimentary use of outdoor tennis courts. The equipment and tennis partner are chargeable, please reserve one day in advance. In case of reserving the court in the evening (after 18.00 hrs.), the charge of electricity will be applied. Please contact dial #7 for any further assistance.
- Towels - Hotel provides 2 set of towels for each room. The white towels are for Bathroom and the blue towels are for swimming pools, beach or outside activities.
W:
- Wake-Up Call - To arrange a wake-up call, please contact our Front Desk and dial #0 for assistance.
- Water (for Drinking) - Hotel provides 4 complimentary bottles of drinking water daily in your room.
- Wi-fi - The hotel provides a free Wi-fi throughout the hotel, a username and password will be arrange at the front desk upon check in. Please contact our Front Desk and dial #0 for assistance.
Earthquake Procedures
1. Remain Calm and Do Not Panic.
2. Cover your body under a table or large piece of furniture, if possible. If there is no table or furniture around, you should duck and cover against a flat wall (make sure no pictures or files are hanging above you.
3. Do not leave the hotel! You are safer in the building than outside. If you leave without the outer hotel perimeter being checked by a hotel building Engineer, you may risk on falling debris such as glasses or pieces of cement falling on you or the others.
4. If you are in an elevator at the time of an earthquake, the elevators will automatically recall to the lobby and open up. The elevators have a sensors that will activate if an earthquake is detected. Once the elevators has been recalled, the elevators will need to be reset with a key in order to be reactivated.
5. The hotel Emergency Phone number is “0”. If you need any immediate assistance, please dial this number.
6. If there is a need to evacuate the hotel, listen for announcements over the Life Safety system and follow exactly what is being broadcasted.
7. When exiting up or down a stairwell, the stairwell will take you to the street level and let you out onto the street. You should never re-enter thru one of these stairwells. Once you have exited the building, you are to remain out of the building until an official permission is given.
8. After the earthquake, please gather at the road in front of the Hotel. An aftershock may happen again, wait for an announcement on what we should do next from experts.
9. Our hotel is designed and built with “post extension system” which can take the quake up to 7.7 on the Richter Scale.
Fire Procedures
1.Should you discover a fire, please contact our Front Desk immediately by dialing “0” on your room telephone.
2.Please do not attempt to put the fire out yourself, move away from the dangerous area by following the emergency exit signs until you are out of the building.
3.Please gather at the road in front of the Hotel.
To encourage our guests to develop a good safety habits, we are offering the following suggestions:
- Investigate the safety features of every hotel that you stay in.
- Locate the fire exits, alarms, extinguishers and fire hoses near to your room and how to get to them even under adverse conditions.
- If you leave your room, take your room key with you, go to the nearest fire exit, stay low and keep away from the smoke.
SURVIVAL TIPS:
If you return, or stay in your room, fill the bath tub with water, wet sheets, and pack them completely around the door. Block vents from which smoke is coming out, call the hotel reception by dialing 0, give him/her your room number and explain that you are staying in your room, stay low if there is smoke in your room. Keep a wet cloth over nose and mouth. If door and walls are hot, pour water on them using an ice bucket or waste basket. Keep your cool and stay calm.
Tsunami Procedures
1. When you feel a strong earthquake and you can hardly stand, or you feel a slow shaking that continues for a longer time, a Tsunami may have been building up, in this case please call to check at Front Desk and dial “0”.
2. Stay calm and do not panic.
3. After the shaking stops, move calmly to the designated assemble area, our rally point is at third floor main building, then wait for further instruction by the hotel officials.
4. If you are at the beach and see the sea level recede, exposing fishes and corals, then you should move quickly to higher ground. Do not go to the beach to confirm or to watch the situation.
5. If you are swimming on the beach you might not feel the earthquake, always be mindful of what is happening on the area. If you see people curiously gathered on the beach, move away from the beach and go to the assemble area.
6. During a tsunami stay calm and do not panic. Do not leave the tsunami evacuation area until officially announced by the authorities and is safe to leave the evacuation area. Tsunami will come in several waves and there are time gaps between the waves.
7. During a tsunami emergency, the hotel staff, local disaster management office, police and other emergency organization will try to save lives please follow all their instruction and give your full cooperation.
8. In our hotel, we experienced and survived one of the worst “tsunami” in history during 2004. There was no damage or casualties to our hotel. The water only reached our Tennis Courts and part of the parking area. Our 3rd floor was untouched.

Announcement
1. The hotel will be responsible for the guest's property. In the event of loss or damage as follows:
1.1 Loss or damage occurring in the hotel.
1.2 If the property lost or damaged according to item 1.1 is the type of money, gold, banknotes, bills, gems or other valuable things. The hotel will be responsible for no more than 5,000 baht unless the guest has deposited and notified the price with the hotel.
2. The hotel reserves the right to take responsibility if such loss or damage occurs due to the following reasons.
2.1 Force majeure.
2.2 Reasons for the condition of the property.
2.3 It is the fault of the guest, servants, or the person the guest welcomes.
